FST7 Tip Key to Super Lat Pull Downs

Start by adjusting the height of the seat so that you get full extension for complete range of motion. You can also change the grip to hit the contraction from various angles.  Hany also suggests you slow down the essentric portion of the rep.

Pro Tip: Full range of motion is the key to lat pull downs with any type of machine.  Be sure to squeeze the lats on the down motion.
