Pull-ups (warm-up) – 3 x 10

Wide grip pull down – 4 x 12-15

T-Bar row – 4 x 12-15

Close grip low cable row – 4 x 12-15

DB row – 4 x 15

Rope cable pull through – FST7 – 7 x 12-15 w/ 30 sec. rest
