Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 4 fl. oz. of cold water (to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. For best results take 20-30 minutes prior to cardio or training. Carnigen can also be added to your pre-workout drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.

Thought actually that I ordered both the regular & the caffeine version, but I guess I did something wrong & deleted it & it sucks bc I wanted to see the difference between the 2, so I could do a study on them & see which 1 I'd buy again going forward. . . . . but the regular version I got is great so far & can't wait to see the actual real results in the next 3 weeks or so
