Suggested Use

Taste great mixes well . I start my day with Amino Kem to give my body a boost and ingredients are amazing. I would recommend to anyone.
I take Amino KEM intra workout and at once between meals. During my workout I mix Amino KEM with Glycoject , and AVP for insane pumps and strength boost. 30 minutes before a big meal I take it and it helps me with my appetite and absorption. My big meals are 26 oz salmon with a cup of white rice or one pound of chicken with a cup of white rice. I also use EvoLog for nutrient partitioning.
