Suggested Use
USE ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1 serving (1 scoop) of EVP® XTREME N.O. for their first few training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional scoop. Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED (2) SERVINGS (2 SCOOPS) WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. †

EVP Xtreme N.O. is an incredibly strong pre-workout matrix that contains 200mg of caffeine per serving with a maximum of 400mg of caffeine recommended per day. Do not consume additional yohimbe, synephrine, caffeine, or other stimulants form other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda or other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Individuals who consume caffeine with this product or who are sensitive to caffeine may experience serious adverse health effects. Do not use if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors, antidepressants that are classified as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (“MAOIs”), or any other medications, prescription drug or any over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine or other stimulants. As a spinal cord injuree and wheelchair bodybuilder we have to be super picky about the quality of our supplements. I used evogen products prior to my injury and immediately went back. Protein flavors are phenomenal, the high stim pre is great I love any pre with DMAE. Fiber is also super important to people with spinal cord injury’s and the high concentration of it in evogens has me digesting great and feeling full a week before peak week through the day! Love your blue raspberry lemonade pre-workout just had higher in it. I work out 3 to 4 hours a day between My fasted cardio, midday cardio, and evening cardio and three hours of working out. I just wish I had higher stem.
