Immediately following the 2019 Arnold Expo, 22X Olympia winning coach Hany Rambod flew in Team Evogen Elite's newest IFBB Pro Andrei Deiu to hit some FST-7 arms.
Prior, the two spent the week at WESTCA in San Jose where the young athlete got to train with and learn the art of building a winning physique. Go behind the scenes as Hany and Andrei blast FST-7 arms maximizing pump and blood flow holding and squeezing in between sets.
Andrei has one of the craziest physiques out there and it's a matter of fine-tuning his physique to create the ultimate look on stage.
