Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules with 8-16 oz. of water, once or twice a day - once in the morning and/or once in the afternoon. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Started these 7 days before my competition. 3 in the morning 3 in the afternoon and the night before my competition I looked super dry…and even dryer by the morning of my competition! Will definitely be using this supplement again!!
I tend to hold water more so in my back than anywhere else so I started 14. Days out of show, 1 pill mid day for 7 days. Up’d it to 2 pills mid morning & late afternoon. Worked very well at keeping water off and didn’t appear to pull water from intracelular. I kept drinking 2gal day entire duration and still have gone from 194lbs day 14- 188lbs day 2 before show.

It does EXACTLY what it claims, which is rare for a supplement that is fairly priced. I look leaner/Dryer, & more defined when using this product on days I am wearing less clothing or a bathing suit. : ) Highly recommend for bodybuilders and for fitness enthusiasts who have photoshoots they need to be ready for.
