My all time favorite digestive detox! I wish I could take this every day! There’s NO negative effects like most colon detoxes that leave you running to the bathroom with unpleasant after effects. Being a bodybuilder and eating large amounts of food, bloat is always an issue. Using light amd tight for a couple of weeks while reducing the food intake a little helps you to feel better, not as backed up. Doing this also helps to increase the effects when you bump your food back up!
What I first noticed about light and tight was immediate loss of bloat and gas in my Lower abdominal area. As well as over the 14 day cycle, I noticed a steady loss And even loosened my pants a little bit but I didn't see the best results until I started drinking carnigen at the end of the cycle. Ultimately hyper impressed.
