Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of GlycoJect in a shaker cup with 8-10 oz. of cold water.
FOR BEST RESULTS
PRE-WORKOUT: If taking Pre-Workout, drink 1 scoop about 30 minutes prior to physical activity to ensure maximum endurance, performance & volumization.
INTRA-WORKOUT: If taking Intra-Workout, sip on 1 scoop during training to sustain intensity, muscle energy and supercharge muscle size and pump.
