SUGGESTED USE
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) softgel of CLA up to three (3) times per day, preferably with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. For optimum use, pair with a reduced caloric diet and a daily exercise program.

Do not use if you have diabetes, metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if an upset stomach occurs. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature. Keep bottle tightly closed.
