The Amnioject BCAAs have definitely helped with my recovery. I take a scoop with a half gallon jug of water and usually drink 3-4 of those a day. I’m currently in prep for a bodybuilding competition with a lot of time in the gym and a lot of cardio. This is a great supplement for assisting with recovery, as I’m feeling rested, able to push in the gym, and am even still hitting new PRs. Highly recommend.
