Three weeks out from the 2023 Mr. Olympia, Hany Rambod takes 2022 Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan and 2022 Mr. Olympia runner-up Derek Lunsford through an intense FST7 chest workout to put the finishing touches on their contest prep.
This marks the first time that Rambod has both Mr. Olympia favorites as teammates preparing for the title. Both athletes have a vastly different training style as Hadi loves volume, typically doing 8 different exercises with 4-5 sets per exercise where Derek keeps things simple. Which style is better?
