Pre-workout 2 scoops EVP Intra-Workout 1 scoop Cell K.E.M. and 1 scoop GlycoJect Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 sets x 10-12 reps Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press (Power Grip) 3 sets x 10-12 reps Seated Side Laterals 3 sets x 10-12 reps Alternating Front Raises (w/static hold) 2 sets x 10-12 reps Front Raises Palms Up 1 set x 12-15 reps Bent Over Rear Delt Lateral Raise 4 sets x 15-20 reps Face Pulls 3 sets 12-15 reps FST-7 Reverse Flyes 7 sets x 12-15 reps (30 seconds rest between sets)
