By far my favorite flavor to make protien ice cream with in my Ninja Creami!!! 6oz of water, 2 scoops Isoject, and 1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. It makes the creamiest soft serve! You've got to give it a try. I spin it on ice cream first. Then take a spoon and scrap the side and the bottom, then re spin for frozen yogurt. This is my crush while in prep. I may add almond butter sometimes depending on current meal plan. This is usually my last meal of the day and I look forward to it everday!

I ordered two of the oatmeal cookie protein powder’s. The scoop is 80cc, so you don’t need much. I add this to my oatmeal everyday for flavor and to consume the grams I need for that morning before heading to the gym or work. The taste isn’t bad, if you are an oatmeal cookie person; it taste just like it… a little too sweet for me though. I will be ordering a different flavor but top tier baby! I usually get bloated after consuming a protein shake but I haven’t had any issues with Evogen IsoJect.
