- Shake well before each use.
- Beginner: Start with ½ serving (1 tbsp) in 12–16 oz. water 20–30 minutes before training.
- Advanced: Take 1 serving (2 tbsp) in 24–32 oz. water before training.
- Do not exceed 1 serving (2 tbsp) in 24 hours. Stay hydrated throughout the day.

Amazing product I love all the flavors. I think we should come out with a raspberry lemonade for summer flavor and I think it would be great if y’all would come out for seasonal flavors and then special flavors in the off-season and I love your products running out of creatine a little bit too fast, but I’m taking 10 g a day five in the morning at five at night, but I’m right in the middle of my training season. I love your products love all of them just wish they came in bigger containers.
