Evogen Nutrition is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Director of Marketing to lead our brand, content, performance marketing, and product launch strategy across our DTC, retail, and ecommerce channels. You’ll be the internal champion of our brand vision, ensuring alignment across campaign execution, digital merchandising, influencer and ambassador programs, content marketing, and product portfolio growth initiatives.

This is a senior leadership position with high visibility and cross-functional influence across product, sales, creative, finance, operations, and athlete/ambassador teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute Evogen’s annual marketing strategy aligned with domestic and global
    growth goals.
  • Lead strategic planning and calendarization across DTC, Amazon and assist with brick &
    mortar retail, and international partners.
  • Partner with product innovation, supply chain, and sales teams to drive profitable GTM (go-to-market) strategies for new product launches and category expansions.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Own omnichannel campaign planning across Meta, Google, Amazon DSP, SMS, email, and
    affiliate, driving CAC efficiency and LTV growth.
  • Leverage customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and CRO best practices to improve
    conversion and retention.
  • Manage media planning and performance reporting across paid media, influencer/UGC campaigns, and lifecycle/email automation platforms like Klaviyo.

Brand Development & Creative Direction

  • Drive brand equity through high-impact storytelling, brand standards, and content creation across all touchpoints (web, social, email, packaging, retail, athlete/influencer
    programs).
  • Guide internal creative and agency partners on campaign development,
    photography/video, copywriting, and experiential/event-based marketing.
  • Align brand strategy across athlete partnerships, product positioning, merchandising, and seasonal/evergreen campaigns.

Product & Portfolio Strategy

  • Influence category-level strategy and SKU rationalization to optimize gross margin, customer satisfaction, and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Partner with product innovation to shape R&D roadmap through market, trend, and competitor insights.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of marketers across content, design, digital, and influencer marketing.
  • Partner closely with leadership across Sales, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to support integrated business planning.
  • Manage agency partners and vendor relationships to drive executional excellence and efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of marketing leadership experience in CPG, DTC/eCommerce, or retail health/wellness/sports nutrition sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving performance in a digital-first, omni-channel environment.
  • Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategy: awareness, acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and customer lifecycle tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Lifetimely), performance platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
  • Experience managing and scaling teams, including content, growth, creative, and influencer marketers.

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations at Evogen
Nutrition in our climate controlled 15,000 sqft warehouse.  This individual will work with the team ensuring company-wide inventory management, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment and storage operate smoothly and effectively day to day. This role is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of warehouse and 3PL functions as the quality of order replenishment and distribution processes at Evogen are key to the success of the organization.  The candidate will ensure all orders are fulfilled while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction and will be required to travel occasionally to Audit 3PL’s.     

The right individual should be self-motivated, organized and able to effectively handle multiple tasks and objectives at once.  To be successful, top candidates should possess strong excellent communication habits, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.

 As required, this individual will also assist in other duties as assigned by management to support order fulfillment activities.  Lastly, the individual will be responsible for adhering to the Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect for their respective role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Operations Management:  

  • Effectively planning, strategizing and oversight of daily warehouse activities to exceed the customer’s needs and maintain company KPIs.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities to support operations initiatives.
  • Develop and foster efficient warehouse practices and procedures.
  • Operate the warehouse environment in a safe and secure manner through appropriate training and oversight.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory control through inventory, cycle counts and timely inventory reconciliation.
  • Utilizing inventory management tools effectively to enable the successful tracking of inventory quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Effectively monitor and communicate the optimization of inventory levels, discrepancies in counts and how this will affect our customer base. 
  • Ability to root cause inventory discrepancies and report back to management.

Receiving and Storage:

  • Coordinate and supervise incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Verifying the accuracy and quality of orders.
  • Effectively communicate with Logistics Coordinator for timely shipments.
  • Accurately maintaining records of goods received and orders shipped.
  • Implementing and following inventory management processes.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment.
  • Prioritizing the resolution of order related issues with the customer service/sales teams.
  • Understand and be able to negotiate shipping carrier rates.
  • Work closely with customer service to resolve issues and create processes to prevent future issues

Management/Supervision and continuous improvement:

  • Be a leader and have the skills to build a team of excellence through effective supervision, guidance and training.

  • Minimum of a high

  • Five or more years of business, operations, supply chain or warehouse management in a high paced environment managing 5-15 employees and temporary associates.
  • Three years working within a warehouse management system (WMS); preferably Oracle
    NetSuite’s WMS.
  • Ability to manage labor hours on a weekly basis.
  • Experience in managing products with expiration dates and keeping FEFO rotation is necessary.
  • Ability to work with, and communicate with, all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable with managing, prioritizing and delegating tasks with staff to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and great written and verbal communication skills.

This role is ideal for a creator who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands fitness and bodybuilding culture, and can blend technical production skill with platform-native storytelling.

You will work across social, product marketing, athlete initiatives, and event coverage to deliver high-impact visual content that drives engagement, brand affinity, and performance marketing success.

This position plays a key role in translating Evogen’s brand identity into compelling visual narratives, supporting product launches, promotions, athlete storytelling, and ongoing digital campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Capture & Production

  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with capture equipment ranging from mobile devices to DSLR cameras.
  • Apply best practices in audio capture using camera-mounted, lavalier, and handheld microphones.
  • Film content across gym sessions, events, athlete shoots, product features, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Travel as needed for domestic and international shoots, events, expos, and athlete content.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit fast-turn, platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and other channels.
  • Add captions/subtitles, on-screen text, and lower-thirds consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Perform basic audio cleanup and color correction.
  • Export deliverables to correct platform specs and maintain versioning.

Creative Execution & Platform Alignment

  • Stay current with social trends and visual styles within fitness, bodybuilding, and supplement culture.
  • Adapt creative execution to platform-specific storytelling formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to and align with our product strategy for future brand growth in key consumer need areas. He/she will work closely with leads from internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, etc., to fulfill product development and key business objectives.
  • Create new or improve existing product formulas, incorporate research and concept development projects to identify new product opportunities for our growing domestic and international markets.
  • Responsible for designing pilot studies, preparing specifications, records, and reports with an emphasis on developing and flavoring innovative powder and liquid formulations.  He/she will review, interpret, summarize, and provide guidance & recommendations on technical matters. Manages the tasks/priorities along the way for foods and supplements in development including powdered dietary supplements, beverages, ready to eat products (bars, drinks (RTDs), snacks, etc.), capsules, and tablets.
  • Advise contract manufacturers on lab formulation, ingredient and vendor qualification and validation, preliminary costing and preparing nutritional and supplement facts panels as needed.
  • Highly organized individual that meets with team on regular cadence to provide feedback on projects, development efforts, and team goals.  Excellent communicator that contributes to innovation, trouble shooting, and brainstorming ideas in a team environment.  Represent R&D at key meetings, events, customer presentations, etc.  Contributes to market analysis projects where needed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field (sciences) with 5-8 years of relevant experience in sports nutrition formulations, working in food, beverage or dietary supplement industry or equivalent experience. 
  • Previous Flavor Application and knowledge is essential.  Prior development and knowledge of RTD’s and dietary supplements is an advantage. Experience with additional markets (snacks, food, drinks etc.) is beneficial.

EVOGEN ELITE SERVICE MANAGER/CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for managing the Evogen support team by providing online support to customers via social media, online chat, phone, and electronic communications as well as business to business sales. By utilizing a fundamental knowledge of customer experience management and sports nutrition products they will recruit, manage, and inspire the Evogen Elite Customer Service Rep team. Additionally, this position supports direct communication and troubleshooting with upper management, team members, and customers to ensure that a satisfactory and positive experience is provided to the Evogen D to C and B to B community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all daily activities with Evogen customers utilizing a high quality of service in line with a designated Service Level Agreement
  • In collaboration with E-commerce management, gain a first-hand understanding of how customers engage with the brand across all touch points and draw conclusions that continually evolve, improve, and optimize customer service
  • Outline “the service journey” to achieve the customer experience vision, including assigning key benchmarks and measures of success
  • Effectively manage and develop assigned KPIs, payroll, and budget for the department
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth process of operations
  • Develop & provide all relevant reports on performance metrics
  • Create cross training programs within customer service and other departments
  • Warehouse cross training curriculum: to fully understand the scope of the fulfillment process
  • Define and conduct product and compliance cross training curriculum to support cross functional teams within the Evogen Elite Service, Ambassador, and Athletes
  • Manage loyalty system and help build out revenue targets and growth

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
