Suggested Use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before training. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. †

Love this one! Stock piled it when I found a taste I like! Use daily and don’t leave home without it!
It is best because you will feel relax mind and get energy very fast. Also feeling pump during exercise.
One more thing is best that if you feel much more tired so you can get two scoops and if you feel in good mood you can take one scoop. It means you can have the best pre workout in good price then other products.
I worry about getting the shakes and EVP 3D doesn’t make me feel that way. This product gives me an insane pump, vascularity, and energy I need to get a great workout in and its Stim Free.
