Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving 1-2 times per day. Mix 1 serving with 4 fl. Oz of cold water (to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. For best results, take 20-30 minutes prior to cardio or training. Carnigen can also be added to your pre-workout drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.

Definitely gives the energy. I feel great. Not a fan of the taste. I thought the orange would take a little bit more sweet than tart. Its not the worst, but not the best for me. I will finish it though. I just mix it with the amino to better the flavor.
