  • Great article. Thank you so much. I developed NAFLD. My liver has been just “slightly” enlarged the past few years but since December I have embarked on a new fitness journey and have abstained from all refined sugar, as well as just recently committed to a dily body building plan and healthy meal plan with the help of a great coach.
