Justin is gettin’ after it in the gym, and he’s got a few tips on how to build massive muscle during off-season.

To target his shoulders, Justin prefers to finish his workout with the Hammer Strength Press. Since he’s doing this exercise at the end of his workout, he keeps the weight a little lower than usual. Justin will typically choose a Hammer Strength or a Smith Machine over dumbbells for shoulder presses, because the machines provides added stability to the movement.
