When you purchase a product or contact our Customer Service, we collect your contact information and/or financial information (such as your credit/debit card). We use the information you provide to complete the order or request and to keep you updated on promotional offers and new product launches. We do not share this information with unaffiliated parties.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice. Also, in the unlikely event that Evogennutrition.com or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
Shipping & Delivery
All internet orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Domestic orders arrive in 2-5 business days after order is shipped, depending on location.

To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original package. All items must be received by Evogen Nutrition within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, reimbursements will be made to the credit card used in the original purchase. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
