Alternating Dumbbell Curls (palms facing forward)

  • 2 sets x 10 reps per arm
  • 2 sets x 10 reps per arm
  • Superset 5 partials, both arms at the same time

Rest 60-90 seconds

Alternating Hammer Curls

  • 4 sets x 10 reps per arm
  • Superset 5 full reps, both arms at the same time
  • Superset 5 partials, both arms at the same time
  • Flex and pose in between sets

Single Arm Spider Curls with Dumbbells

  • 4 sets x 12 reps
