Overhand Pull Downs (warm-up)

  • 2 sets x 8-10 reps
  • Focusing on the contraction more than the weight

Underhand Pull Downs (working sets)

  • 4 sets x 10-12 reps
  • Focusing on the contraction

Underhand Barbell Bent Over Rows

  • 5 sets x 10-12 reps

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows

  • 4 sets x 12-15 reps per arm
  • Pull into the hip to target the lower lats

Hammer Strength Low Row

  • 4 sets x 10-12 reps

FST-7 Straight Arm Pull Down w/ Rope

  • 7 sets x 10-12 reps
  • Rest 45 seconds between sets
