SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All internet orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Domestic orders arrive in 2-5 business days after order is shipped, depending on location.

Our goal is to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact Evogen Nutrition Customer Service to begin the return or exchange process. Customer Service can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (408) 364-1650. Please have your order number ready and available and fill out this Return Request Form. All items must be received by Evogen Nutrition within 30 days of purchase. Promotional items are not eligible for return or refund. Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. In all cases, reimbursements will be made to the credit card used in the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Most companies charge restocking fees to customers in order to discourage them from sending products back. Evogen Nutrition believes in customer satisfaction and does not charge any restocking fees.
- UNOPENED PRODUCTS: If the product to be sent back is unopened, Evogen Nutrition will gladly accept a return or exchange. If a product is received in error, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return label. If it is determined that a product is no longer wanted, the item can still be returned. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Evogen Nutrition. Once the product is received, the return will be processed in approximately 3-5 business days.
- OPENED PRODUCTS: If the product to be sent back has been opened, Evogen Nutrition will still accept returns for which 75% or more of the product is unused. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Evogen Nutrition. Once the product is received, the return will be processed in approximately 3-5 business days.
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PRODUCTS
Evogen Nutrition makes every effort to safely secure and ship all orders. On rare occasions merchandise can be damaged in transit. If a product is damaged in transit, please report it immediately and a representative will contact you.
Evogen Nutrition is not responsible for any packages that are sent to the wrong address due to incorrect entry upon submitting an order. Tracking numbers are provided for every order. Once packages are in the hands of the carrier, Evogen Nutrition is not responsible for the package. The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with USPS or UPS in the event of a lost or misplaced package. Evogen Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise

- Please print the RMA number on the outside of the package and include your RMA form inside the package.
- Send the product(s) to the address below. Please make sure to include your original packing slip that came in your box.
