FST7 Tips For Training Abs

22X Olympia winning coach Hany Rambod provides some tips for training abdominals starting with a warmup set. Hany believes every body part should be warmed up, so start with some light crunches.

When you train abs doing crunches, you want to roll into it. Dont keep your abs flat and tight. You want to curl in and bring it together. Remember doing abs will not give you abs. Abs are made in the kitchen and cardio equipment. Then you should be in a caloric deficit to get your body fat low enough to get them to pop.

Be careful in your first or second ab workout because you will cramp. Make sure you hydrate and take in some sodium especially if its a hot day.
