Hany Rambod's 70 Seconds on FST-7 Tricep Dips
Today Hany Rambod the "Pro Creator" and coach to 15 Olympia titles and counting as of 2015 is featuring approximately 70 seconds on FST-7 tips for tricep dips.
Here are some tips:
Adjust the handles to accommodate the width of your body. If you have a wide frame then setting the inside grip could be too close and compromise the shoulder.
Range of motion should be from lower pec all the way down, but just short of locking out. The key to this exercise is constant tension on the triceps.
Variation: to target the outer head position the elbows out and away from the body. Keep the elbows close for the inner head.
Use moderate weight to isolate the triceps and avoid recruiting too much deltoid.
