Evogen's Goodies And Glutes segment presents the IsoJect Protein Double Chocolate Pancake! It's the ultimate breakfast treat that is so simple to make, you sleepy heads could cook them with your eyes still closed and your slippers on. Plus, this pancake is going to give you 25 grams of protein to kick start your day and silence those morning tummy grumbles.       Macros: 275 cal 11c/11f/33p (applies to pancake without toppings)*

      What you will need:

      1 Scoop of IsoJect Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein 15 grams of Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips 1 Large Egg 1 tsp Water

      How to make it:

      1. Preheat a griddle or medium size skillet on medium-high temp.

      2. While the griddle or skillet is warming up, mix the IsoJect, Chocolate Chips, Egg and Water together in a bowl.

      3. Pour fully blended mixture onto cooking surface until pancake is the desired diameter. The batter will bubble at first. After all the batter bubbles pop and form holes on the surface/edges of the pancake, it will be safe to flip. Flip the pancake and continue cooking until the other side isn't gooey anymore.

      4. Makes 1-2 medium size pancakes, duplicate recipe to make desired amount. Enjoy with syrup, whipped cream, Nutella, or whatever you'd like!*

      What you will need:

      IsoJect Chocolate or Chocolate PB Protein Hershey's Cocoa Powder Unsweet Vanilla Almond Milk Dairy-free Chocolate chips  (opt.)* Stevia Ice

      What to do:

      1. Mix 1 scoop of IsoJect Protein, 1 Tb. Cocoa powder, and 2 pck. Of Stevia in 6oz. of Unsweetened Almond Milk.

      2. Pour mixture into a blender and add 1 handfull (4-5) Ice cubes. Blend.

      3. Once blended, pour into a popsicle mold or large ice cube tray and freeze for at least 1 hour. Recipe makes 5 pops.

      *If adding chocolate chips, sprinkle them into the bottom of your popsicle mold before pouring in the mixture. I added 1/4 ts. of mini Dairy-free chocolate chips to each of mine.

      What you will need:

      0% Nonfat Greek Yogurt IsoJect Vanilla Bean Protein Fresh Strawberries Oats/Granola (or topping of choice) Stevia (or sweetener of choice)

      How to make it:

      1. Mix 1c. of 0% nonfat greek yogurt with

      2 Tb. Of @evogennutrition IsoJect Vanilla Bean Protein. Taste and add zero calorie sweetener to desired result. I added 1 packet of stevia.

      2. Grab 6-7 fresh strawberries (about 95-100g) and slice them vertically.

      3. Portion out 2-3 Tb. of granola. If you don't have granola, you can make your own by toasting dry oats in a pan with some stevia and spices. OR just use dry oats and let the finished Parfait sit in the refrigerator for a few hours to soften them.

      4. Now all you have to do is layer! Begin with a spoon full of the Greek yogurt, then add granola, then berries and repeat until you've reached the top of your dish. This "recipe" makes 1 serving.
