FST-7 BACK

LAT PULL DOWN
warm up – 2 sets x 15 reps
1 set x 5 reps (peak contraction hold, followed by 10 reps)
1 set x 5 reps (peak contraction hold, followed by 5 reps)
Rest 60-90 sec

BENT OVER BARBELL ROW
warm up- 1 set x 10 reps
working sets – 3 sets x 10 reps
Rest 90 sec

HAMMER STRENGTH LOW ROW
1 set x 10 reps, normal
1 set x 5 reps, then static hold 5,4,3,2,1
1 set x 10 reps (peak contraction holds)
*pose in between sets 60-90 sec

REVERSE GRIP LAT PULL DOWN SUPERSET SEATED CABLE ROW
3 sets x 12 reps
Rest 60-90 sec

HYPER-EXTENSIONS
4 sets x 20 reps
Rest 30 sec
