Lockout is owned and operated by Greg, an off duty firefighter, and his brother Glenn. The idea started as a goal to open a hardcore gym in Mckinney, Texas. 1. What encouraged you to begin competing in bikini competitions?

In high school, I suffered from an eating disorder and I began lifting weights as part of my recovery. Lifting allowed me to put on weight in a healthy way that made me feel good.
