Retailer of the Month: Max Muscle Venice
Max Muscle Venice was established in 2004, in the heart of the bodybuilding Mecca. At first glance when walking in, it's clear to see this is where the pros come to visit. Each one of them autographing the nearly full "wall of fame." Bodybuilders from past to present proudly advertise his or her image. This store is the go to spot when coming to the Mecca. Looking Ahead to 2012
Trip to San Jose
I spent the second weekend of the New Year in San Jose with Hany and Team Evogen. There were quite a few of Hany's clients and fellow IFBB pros that attended and it was great to see everyone. It was great to train and hang out together. We are like one big family, and Hany is the Godfather!
I had the chance for several one-on-one training sessions with Hany while I was in San Jose. This really turns up my gains and muscle development. The highlights were chest and back workouts. Read more [...]
